Newest Notice(updated on 2018.2.9):
1, The default firmware of h9:4K have 25FPS, 2.7K have 30FPS,1080p has 60/30 FPS,720p 120fps. But most PC only accept video 1080P. So we suggest record by 1080P 60FPS, It is best and Most fluent.The buyer who buy it before can cantact us for the newest firmware.
2, h9 use the same package box as h9r ,but do not has a remote inside.
3, all the sets’ extra batteries are 1050mah Original Eken batteries.Which Means longer recording time!
4, This camera can only be used with good class 10 Memory card ,otherwise it can not record 4k video like this screenshot, or hang usually, we suggest the writing speed of the card be above 15m/s so it can keep the camera wrok normally ,we sell good memory card in our sets,you can buy them together.
5, H9 does not include remote controller: H9R include a remote controller.
6, The camera automatically saves a video every 10 min when you are recording ,it is designed by factory to make those video file to be easily edited .(For example,you can record a video 30 min once, but it will stored as 3 video file each has 10 min long.)

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
